Despre Inke
I love watching people grow and helping them express themselves through this fascinating form of movement. That's why I started studying at two different universities both fashion dance coaching BA (hip-hop/urban and contemporary) and, alongside it, how people work — the process of emotions, how society works, what effects does it have on us as individuals and how groups build cohesion and trust (Social pedagogy BA). I believe this is the only way to be a true pedagogyst in dance.
For me the safety and technicality of our movements matter just as much as the mental processes happening in the room.

Having been a competitive dancer for years in both hip hop/ urban and contemporary dances, and having the opportunity to teach gave me a clear, practical view of what actually helps dancers grow.
I believe in hard training and consistent practice — but I've learned that growth doesn't require fear or pressure to be visible.
This and my studies in social pedagogy are what led me to DANCE THERAPY and the way movement can surface emotions we don't always have words for.
My DANCE classes usually bring together sharp footwork and expressive hand/arm work, with a strong focus on musicality — how much a piece of music can surprise and empower us in our movement.
Every class is built to meet you where you are, whether that means:
-a challenging urban or contemporary choreography, adapted to your level (with warm ups, foundations and stretches)
- technical training to build strength and control
-or improvisation-based sessions for quietly working through emotion, from the comfort of your own home or studio
